Summary: Childhood is thinking that the tooth fairy is easy money gained. Adulthood is realizing that the concept of a being that craves teeth might actually be kind of creepy. And in this case, there are no punches pulled as the legend becomes a nightmare...again.

History: Back in the days where Italy was still governed by the mad dictator Mussolini, a man killed his wife and pulled out all her teeth. But he was not the murderer everyone thought he was. He was in fact trying to stop her from continuing to kill children and eat at their faces. Many years later, and a new family has moved in. However, the madwoman's ghost still lives there, and is encouraging the little girl of the family to steal children's teeth and give them to her so that she may be able to eat again.

Notable Kills: Adults are done away with via mosquito swarms.

Final Fate: After her true backstory is revealed, it is already too late seeing as enough teeth have been delivered to the ghost. Now, she is free to chew on faces once again.

Powers/Abilities: She grows stronger with the more teeth she obtains, and can possess the living. She also is able to control swarms of mosquitoes.

Weakness: Without teeth, she is powerless.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Had it not been for the misinformation, she would have never gotten her flesh-chompers back. That said, her horrific backstory and just seeing her bloody toothless face is enough to make odontophobes out of anyone. Also, she can control mosquitoes, one of the worst insects around.

Trivia: -The ghost was played by Susanna Cornacchia. It is her only role in film as of this writing.
